What is the 100% Missing Parts Guarantee?

If you discover that your Toolila puzzle is missing a piece, we will replace it with a brand-new puzzle of the same design free of charge within one year of your purchase date.

How to Request a Replacement:

Verify the Missing Piece: Before contacting us, we kindly ask that you thoroughly search the area where you completed the puzzle. It’s not uncommon for pieces to be found in unexpected places.
Contact Us: If the piece is still missing, please email our Customer Service team at support@toolila.com. Include the following information:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- The name and design of the puzzle.
- A photo of the completed puzzle showing the missing piece area.
Receive Your Replacement: Once we have verified your claim, we will process your replacement request and ship you a new puzzle free of charge. A shipping fee may apply for international orders.

Important Information:

Our 100% Missing Parts Guarantee applies only to puzzles purchased NEW directly from Toolila or one of our authorized retail partners.
This guarantee does not apply to puzzles purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers.
The guarantee is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase to expedite the replacement process.
