Our puzzles are crafted from high-quality blue paperboard, 2.3mm thick, ensuring durability and a premium feel. Each piece is precision-cut for a perfect fit and 300dpi printing in high-resolution with a matte finish. We take pride in the quality of our puzzles, ensuring a satisfying experience for our customers.

Are your puzzles suitable for children?

Due to their complexity and number of pieces, our puzzles are designed for adults and older children, typically aged 14 and up. Please check the product description for age recommendations on each specific puzzle.

How do I care for my completed puzzle?

To preserve your completed puzzle, you can frame it using puzzle glue or a framing kit. This will keep the pieces in place and allow you to display them as art. To maintain the colors and condition of your puzzle, avoid direct sunlight and humidity.

Shipping, Orders, and Refunds

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped from our facility in California, ensuring a quick dispatch. Your shipment can take 2 to 7 business days, depending on your distance from California. Please allow up to 2 weeks delivery time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Rest assured, we are committed to getting your order quickly.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@toolila.com. We understand that circumstances can change and will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Can I send a puzzle as a gift directly to someone?

Yes, you can send a puzzle as a gift! During checkout, enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address. You can also include a personalized gift message. Please note that pricing information will not be included in the package.

How can I check the status of my refund?

Guarantee and Issues

What is the Toolila Missing Piece Guarantee?

If you find that your puzzle is missing a piece, please give it a couple of days to thoroughly look around your house to see if your missing piece turns up before calling. A puzzle rarely arrives with missing pieces. We will replace it with a new one free of charge within one year of purchase. Please get in touch with us with your order details; we’ll gladly assist you.

What should I do if my puzzle arrives damaged?

If your puzzle arrives damaged, please get in touch with our Customer Service team immediately at support@toolila.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged puzzle. We will either replace the puzzle or issue a refund based on your preference.
